through the complexity of it all you seem to be distressed. i am afraid there is no helping you and all i offer you is my time.

more often than we like, it is not the inability to understand the problem which frustrates us. we understand the predicament clearly. it is knowing that we cannot untie the tangled knots that arrest the peaceful mind.

it is obvious that you allow yourself to get tangled in this horrid web. some minds simply cannot put to rest. it would be easy to tell you to go to bed. but we all know what you will hit you the very next day.

it kills you but you are beautiful that way.
