Old classmates

It's funny how old classmates get together and laugh over the most random things that never seize to tickle us good over and over.

It was nice seeing Budi again after so long and boy is he doing well in Australia. Or is it the states? Chem engine and Business i see. Hopefully he decides to come back after the graduates.

Somethings never change:
1) Budi still laughs at Ced a whole lot.
2) Mengkiat still laughs at Ced a whole lot.
3) Ced still can't seem shut up.
4) We still joke about Alvin Khoo and the shyt that he used to do.
5) The losers we laughed at in school are still mentioned at every meeting.
6) The people that were quiet in class go on being uninvited and unheard of.
7) We still talk about how Cedric made Koesli cry for following Budi like a shadow and how people believed that Koesli cried because Budi punched him. (Ironically Koesli and Budi are sharing an apartment in Aussie now)
8) You still can't see JohnTaySuSu's eyes.
9) Lawrence Tan is still teaching in school.

News:
1) The Wedding (not to be confused with the wedding i've mentioned in earlier posts) that everyone has been talking about isn't going to happen anymore.
This should serve as a reason why SOME people shouldn't go around calling others, of whom he hasn't spoken to in eyons, to announce that he is getting engaged in advance.

2) Alvin Khoo is in jail.

3) Karen is apparently engaged and announced her engagement at Denise's place.
(It's amazing how Budi managed to hear of this while abroad. It's damn funny actually, i find it rather amusing. I've never even been to Denise's home.)

4) Cedric may be dating someone. ("Depending on who is asking.")

5) Denise is going to study at The University of Thailand/Bangkok.

6) Sandy has graduated but remains unemployed in the US.

7) Sandy and Devin apparently have stopped dating.

8) Alvin Khoo's girlfriend is refered to as, "the victim".

9) You are not actually refering to Alvin Khoo if you don't actually say, "Alvin Khoo". Alvinkhoo is kinda like, one word.

10) Kavan lost a shyt load of weight and he stood there telling Sailin, "eh u used to be very thin". (blooming hilarious)

11) Geraldine & Teckchye have, in the recent week, turned 21.

12) If you were from 1E1 and still remember jianlian or Weikang, he is apparently delivering Macs now. Dude what happened?

13) On the day that Kamala was appointed headprefect, Guangquan said to Mengkiat, "I'm not happy, lets go to the canteen to get tissue."

It's nice to know that even if the acquintances you meet arn't your kind of people at times, the years that you sit in the classroom together gives you enough to feel very comfortable with each other and when you do actually meet up, a certain warmth fills you as the stories of old times seem never to end.
