too early in the morning

i have been awake since 10. i slept at 5 this morn. this should not be happening. i should still be asleep.

skipped meeting today. partly because T and Rongli are still over at my place. and T seriously K-Oed. i am qt certain Doug is peeved, but i seriously thought they cld continue with the meeting and it seriously doesnt help that our meetings are usually very abstact lar. i know im not the only one who realises so.

Abstract thinking versus Concrete thinking
As much as many of us unknowingly tend to be abstract thinkers, we certainly have to realise that there IS a need for concrete thinking. Ok, maybe it's just me but my personal opinion is that meetings (and what-nots of that sort) just simply should be conducted through concrete thinking sessions! or we seriously wouldnt get anywhere. Agendas have to be set and one topic should be discussed and settled before moving off to the next. Discussion should be mapped on white boards to emphasize the finalization of matters. Use abstract thinking when you're brainstorming an idea, or brainstorming a solution to one particular problem.

ponder this,
autocratic leadership as the skeleton, democratic leadership at every rib.

i must apologise for the mambo jumbo, jargon and all.
i guess we just tend to forget sometimes. we can never forget structure.
